Brixton Cornercopia

ultra-local food: restaurant and cornershop deli

A new kitchen and shop for Cornercopia!

This month we are very busy re-fitting the empty shop (No.37) next  to our dining room which will become Cornercopia's brand new kitchen! Ian will have finally have a proper kitchen, with room to swing a chicken and fit in a trainee.

Wayne aka 'Mr Natural' who also makes sorrel and pepper dips for Cornercopia  is also a plumber and doing a grand job tilling the new kitchen. We still have quite a bit of work to do, but if all goes well, we hope to move in sometime next week. Very exciting!

With the kitchen re-located, our corner store at number 65 will finally become the Cornercopia we always dreamed of - there will so be much more room for new produce. We plan to extend our range of local produce to include fantastic bread from Brockwell bake,  local hen and duck eggs, some locally grown fruit and veg, cheese and charcuterie.  Do let us know if there are specific things you can't get locally but would like to be able to buy from us.

We really want to increase our range of local produce, so please do get in touch if you are a local maker/grower who would like to sell in our new shop.
