Part time work at Cornercopia

We are looking for foodies with waiting experience for evening or weekend work at Cornercopia, leading up to Christmas. If you are interested give us a ring, or drop us an email. We are looking to try people out this coming weekend. (Friday night, Saturday or Sunday day time)

Parsnip Soup
Terrine of chicken and pork with fig relish
Sheeps cheese, organic leaf salad

Gnocchi with chestnut and garlic cream , walnuts
Dorset gray mullet, mussels cider and sea aster
Roast corn fed chicken, pork & sage stuffing, bread sauce

Sticky date pudding, toffee sauce, creme anglais
Pears mulled in red wine, with blue cheese
Prunes with custard

Lunch - Saturday 13th

Our menu today is most likely to include:

Wild mushroom consume
Terrine of pork in pastry with cornichons and mustard
Platter of mountain cured and smoked ham, wild boar chorizo, selection of cheese and house pickles
Winter salad with ceps

Goats cheese thyme and onion roast pie with fennel crumb
lamb faggots and swede mash
Mussels in vintage cider with leeks

Sticky date pudding
Pears mulled in wine with dolcelatte chesse

Launch of Cornercopia New dinning room this Friday form 6pm.

It's almost a year since the idea of Cornercopia was born on a cold November night, and we would like to thank you for your support and invite you to come and have some mulled wine and celebrate with us in our new, soon to open dining room complete with wood burning stove...

There will be lots of quirky November 5th celebrations too, Brixvill and Brick box style. Join us from 6pm onwards, this Friday 5th
