Recipe - Chocolate "flavor" pancakes

So what if my pancakes were a day late - Ash Wednesday not Shrove Tuesday. But my 5 year old implored me for chocolate pancakes. I think he meant chocolate filled pancakes.... but he got more than he bargained for...

Ian has ingeniously made some cute tables for 2 out of several old fruit crates, we have acquired 12 lovely 1950's church hall chairs and another table via Freecycle. Transformation of number 65

This is the little corner shop cafe, until recently run by a family form Honduras that will be transformed over the next week into Cornercopia.



So far I have a large tin of green paint, some wine crates and an offer of a rather large vintage chandelier from an ex-karen Millen shop...
